Chinese Fusion Favourite


Prawn with Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
250 gr medium size prawn, skinned, cut in half back
3 T mayonnaise
1 T sweet skimmed milk
100 gr flour
2 eggs, beat
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Mix mayonnaise and milk together.
2. Marinate prawn with salt and pepper, for about 15 minutes.
3.Dip the prawn into egg and cover with flour. Deep fry until golden brown.
4.Mix fried prawns with mayonnaise.
